I met Josef Spillner at the FOSDEM 2008 key signing party. We used the
Zimmermann-Sassaman protocol there, which involves a list of keys in a file
that is checksummed, and where participants need to verify the checksum of the
whole file and their key fingerprint in there, rather than having to read out
their fingerprint to everyone.

Josef confirmed to me that the checksum and fingerprint matched. I
verified Josef's identity documents as well, and they matched the
name as it is listed on the OpenPGP key.
